While working with you last week, I was really glad to see how well you just dove into the logs and sent me emails picking out the same critical information that I was just about to point out to you. I also liked how thorough you were in your analysis and responses, noting not only what worked, but other paths you had looked at as well. And I appreciate your willingness to learn and desire to understand better what was going on with this (like that part where you want to know why the fix worked).

Corey is particularly successful at establishing and maintaining good relationships. He exhibits a high degree of tact and consideration in his relations with others. He regularly displays a positive outlook and pleasant manner. Corey often extends himself more than required to assist and support his co-workers. He demonstrates and promotes cooperation when working in group situations and he takes an active role in resolving conflicts before they get out of hand.
In group situations, he contributes actively to help solve problems. A technical issue existed whereby application logging was not occurring properly in JBOSS for PAS. RapidSure, external and internal resources could not determine the cause or provide for the solution. With a dedicated focus on this issue, Corey was able to work with the other Linux Administrator and identify and correct the issue. A problem that was unable to be corrected by countless others who attempted to find the cause.
Corey provided detailed recommendations and multiple options around improving the High Availability around the PAS frontend application servers. This information was detailed but, well organized to highlight the Risk, Cost, and Benefit of each approach. It was adequate for Senior management to make decisions from.
Corey worked remotely for 2 months this year. His manageability remained high and the support he provided for his responsibilities was not impacted. Corey proved that he can be an effectively work remotely when needed...

...Even though he was the newest member on my team I could always depend on him to get the job done and do it right the first time. I believe his biggest asset was his ability to plan the work, and then execute the plan. His planning always proved flawless and he was my "go to person". There were many occasions that I wished we could "clone" Corey and utilize his talents for other Pearson's projects.
